Cancellation & refund policy: If you are in the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel your registration, the following refund policy applies:

  • 100% refund when cancelling more than 60 days before the start of the conference
  • 50% refund when cancelling between 45 and 60 days before the start of the conference
  • 0% refund when cancelling within 45 days before the start of the conference
